Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. MEET KRYSTI

Owner, Krysti Pantaleo LMT, has been on this healing journey since her teen years, in search for relief from a childhood riddled with chronic pain from migraines. A very common yet debilitating imbalance for many, with pharmaceuticals as the only solution given in modern western medicine. Gratefully, her Mom was open to alternatives. She was treated with Osteopathic medicine and cranial sacral therapy and later guided towards practicing yoga and receiving massage therapy. In 2007, she took the first step in sharing these gifts with others, attending and graduationg from Chicago School of Massage Therapy. Since then she has accumulated many more tools in the tool belt, and is passionate about sharing these tools with others. Krysti's background includes several years in luxury resort spas, professional sports training facilities, and yoga studios; working one on one with clients. Her goal is to expand into teaching self care and providing group sound healing sessions in order to serve larger and larger groups of people.
